On Monday, September 23rd, Mick Ferron, Sphere 17 Regional Youth Service Manager was presented with a cheque for €500 from Tom Blake, Chairperson of the Riverside Drama Circle, to go towards the Listen Project.
The Listen Project provides a safe space for young people to explore any issues they are concerned about, and, with the meaningful support of a counsellor, to better understand how to cope with/respond to issues identified and develop their mental well being and resilience.
The Riverside Drama Circle has been in operation since 1972 and is no stranger to charitable acts as they regularly donate the proceeds of their creative productions to charitable causes.
