On 21st February, we travelled to St Francis Hospice, Raheny to present them with a cheque for €648. This money was raised from all the support and generous donations we received at our Christmas Fair in Priorswood back in December.
St Francis Hospice provide end of life care to those who have received a terminal diagnosis and are a very worthy recipient of our fundraising efforts.
We received a very warm welcome on the day and learned a lot about the important services they provide to members of our community. A big thank you to Bernadette for facilitating our visit and although our donation may be small – we hope its helpful to the patients of the hospice 🙂
